Mid-Columbia Symphony presents Covid Concertos – series started July 16, 2021

Live performances of “Covid Concertos” by musicians in the Mid-Columbia Symphony are available on-line for lovers of classical music. While waiting to emerge from our Covid pandemic, symphony musicians formed small ensembles and recorded classical pieces for your personal enjoyment. See midcolumbiasymphony.org for links to videos of the performances. New performances will be added each week. The first is Bach’s Concerto for Violin and Oboe in C Minor, performed by violinist Vanessa Moss, oboist Laura Goben Harper, Celloist Bruce Walker, and pianist Carissa Pitkin Cox. The Symphony will return to live performances of the full orchestra as soon as they can secure appropriate venues.
